Title:  Lessons Learned Applying Sequencing to Studies of Aggressive Prostate Cancer
 
Description:  Dr. Christopher Haiman is an Associate Professor of Preventive Medicine in the Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute at University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine. His major research focus is in the genetic basis of cancer in minority populations. He has led several large genetic studies on the prostate, including the African Ancestry Prostate Cancer GWAS Consortium (AAPC, PI) and the ELLIPSE U19 GAME-ON project (co-PI). Dr. Haiman will be presenting on lessons learned applying sequencing to studies of aggressive prostate cancer.
