Title:  NIGMS Director's Early Career Investigator Lecture
 
Description:  In 2016, the NIGMS director established an annual lecture to encourage undergraduate students to pursue careers in biomedical research. These lectures are presented by early-career investigators who are working on the cutting edge of science. Speakers give a 30-minute talk about their research to an audience of undergraduate students, followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session, where speakers answer career-focused questions. Each lecture is videocast for viewing live or later.
