Title:  Human Translational Studies of Inflammatory Atherogenesis and Cardiometabolic Diseases
 
Description:  Dr Nehal Mehta is a preventive cardiologist at the NHLBI interested in inflammatory atherogenesis. He directs a large cohort study at the NIH Clinical Center to understand the effect of waxing and waning inflammation on the development of heart disease and diabetes. His talk will review his utilization of a human model of disease to study inflammatory cardiometabolic diseases.
