Title:  High throughput Flow Cytometry Analysis
 
Description:  Flow Cytometry data analysis has lagged behind the hardware that now enables researchers to examine cells using a dozen or more flourochromes. To enable researchers to analysis this data we will examine the R programming language and the many flow cytometry related packages available for high throughput flow cytometry analysis. Students will need to have RStudio installed if bring a personal laptop.

This seminar will be webcast for those who cannot or do not want to attend in person. Students will receive a workflow file with all steps taught in the class for further study and practice.

Prerequisites:
Experience with a computer and web browser
