Title:  Health Consequences of Low Adherence Among Practitioners and Patients
 
Description:  This presentation will review the steps and problems of knowledge translation from advanced clinical research into health care practice and then focus on research addressing both quality of clinical care and patient adherence. A case will be made for combining practitioner and patient research involving behavioral change in ambulatory care settings as an opportunity to advance health care.
