Title:  Be Happier & Healthier in 2010! Throw away your new year's resolutions and make positive lifelong changes
 
Description:  How many times have you made a promise to lose weight after January 1st? Or quit smoking? Or any other healthy habit? We all know how difficult it is to make "resolutions" into a permanent part of our lifestyle. Led by a certified personal trainer, this session will enlighten us on ways to make those habits stick. You'll learn ways you can become happier and healthier-- not just in 2010 but for the rest of your life.
